Seattle Seahawks Fantasy Forecast
Week 2 of the NFL season is just around the corner and for the Seattle Seahawks it could turn out to be the most difficult weeks of the season.
This week the Seahawks face an upset, motivated, hungry bunch of Steelers in Pittsburgh. The Hawks face one of the Top defences of the decade just one week after they were utterly embarrassed by their Division foes – Baltimore.
Should we expect good numbers from the Seahawks this week? If Sidney Rice and Robert Gallery play the chances are better but with both likely on the shelf again, it could be a long day!
QB Tarvaris Jackson – He looked dreadful at times last week and brilliant at others. Jackson will be swarmed by a motivated and talented defense this week. I see 150 yards passing, 20 or so yards rushing and maybe a touchdown – that’s about it!
RB Marshawn Lynch – Lynch certainly didn’t look that impressive last week. Now he gets to face a defense that allowed just 62.8 yards per game last year (but gave up 170 last week).
It’s going to be a tough day for Lynch – 50 yards tops!
RB Justin Forsett – Ditto for Forsett. He may get a few more yards via the pass but he won’t have much room to roam. I see 40-50 combined yards on the day.
WR Doug Baldwin – Upside! Baldwin looked great in Week 1 and could be Seattle’s most productive WR again this week.

Seattle Seahawks Week 2 Fantasy Football Predictions
That’s not saying a whole lot – 40 yards sounds about right.
WR Mike Williams – Williams is going to be shadowed all day long. There is a chance he busts one but he is more likely held in check most of the afternoon.
30 yards and a short score is what I see.
WR Ben Obomanu – 30 yards receiving on a tough day for all of the Hawks.
TE Zach Miller – Miller wasn’t as utilized as most thought in Week 1. He will be crucial for blocking this week and won’t likely see a ton of action in the receiving game.
20-30 yards is about all we can expect.
